Meet Kelly…
Over 20 years ago, Kelly Fisher’s career with her family’s company came to an end when the business was sold. On the suggestion of a real estate broker friend, Kelly earned her real estate credentials and first worked for a local builder in Memphis TN, selling new homes. When the decision was made to relocate to Nashville in 2005, she eagerly started learning the market in Middle Tennessee and found success as an independent contractor. With decades of experience in Nashville’s dynamic real estate market, Kelly has established herself as a trusted guide for buyers and sellers and her thrill is sharing in a client’s excitement when their dreams are being realized.
Known for her practical approach and unwavering commitment to her clients, Kelly focuses on creating a seamless and rewarding real estate experience. A skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of Nashville’s neighborhoods and market trends, Kelly helps her clients make confident, informed decisions. Her ability to match buyers with homes that fit their goals and lifestyle has earned her a reputation for excellence and trust. Beyond her professional expertise, Kelly’s connection to the Nashville community runs deep. She brings valuable local insights to her clients, whether it’s understanding the nuances of a neighborhood or recommending the best spots for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Kelly’s approach is rooted in trust, clear communication, and a genuine passion for helping her clients navigate one of life’s biggest transitions with ease.
Giving back to her community is also important to her. Kelly serves the Realtor community by volunteering on committees at Greater Nashville Realtors. Since 2011, she's been Big Sister to her 'little' at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle TN. Animal rescue is close to her heart too and she enthusiastically supports the Middle Tennessee German Shepherd Rescue Group while also fostering homeless pets for Proverbs 12:10. Because she loves where she lives, Kelly serves on her condominium's Homeowner Association Board.
When you buy or sell with Kelly, a donation is made on your behalf to the Jefferson Street Sound Museum. Once a world-renowned hub of musical influence, Jefferson Street thrived between 1935 and 1965 before being divided by the construction of I-40. Since 2013, the museum’s owner and CEO, Lorenzo Washington, has been dedicated to reviving the street’s vibrant sounds and preserving its rich history. Kelly is proud to support this important cause, helping nurture Jefferson Street’s soul back to life while connecting her work to the heart of Nashville’s cultural legacy. Fun fact: Nashville got its ‘Music City’ nickname from Queen Victoria of England when the Fisk Jubilee Singers sang for her in 1873 and she was so charmed, she declared they must be from a city of music.
